Come along everyone

We have a great community here in QBC. We’ve been coordinating since 2010. But we’ve let things slide a bit.

There used to quiz nights community iftars, parties in the park, sports classes, quiz nights, refugee week celebration, community living room, tech for kids, warm spaces, food pantry, bake sales, women’s outdoor exercise, park events, street parties, window trails… and so much more.

We can have that again – if people can pitch in from time to time.

It’s time. Let us know you can help via our form and come to our next meeting 5pm Saturday 16 May 2026 in Foster Hall. Add the meeting to your calendar.

Come to build on our successes such as:

• WhatsApp groups for 50+ streets
• managing our stray cat population
• supporting biodiversity (through tree pits, rain gardens, park borders and hedgerows plus rewilding the cemetery.

Take a break from the worries of the world and have a a positive impact in your local community at the same time.
